When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number and the email address used when placing the order. This helps us locate your order and assist you more efficiently.

Returns

To request a return or report an issue with an item, please contact support@fellowtail.shop before sending anything back. We will provide the appropriate next steps based on the circumstances.

Damaged, Incorrect or Potentially Unsafe Products

If a product arrives damaged, appears spoiled or contaminated, has compromised packaging, or is not the product you ordered, please stop using it and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where relevant, we may ask for your order number, product name, batch or lot information, best-before details and a description of the issue. Photographs may also be requested where they would help us investigate the matter.

Please keep the packaging and remaining contents where it is safe and reasonable to do so until we advise you about the appropriate next step.

Order Tracking

Tracking becomes available after your order has been dispatched and tracking information has been issued. Carrier updates may not appear immediately after a parcel is handed to Royal Mail.
