We believe pet owners should be able to understand what they are buying. Our aim is to present product details clearly, including information such as intended animal, composition, feeding guidance, storage instructions and net quantity where applicable and confirmed for the individual product.

Because different products can have different ingredients, feeding directions and suitability information, customers should always check the information provided on the relevant product page and product packaging before feeding.

Orders placed through fellowtail.shop are processed for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Our usual order processing time is 1–2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Once dispatched, our standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 service usually takes a further 2–3 working days in transit. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
